We need to get your bifocal or varifocal lenses right, this is how it works *
When you order bifoclas or varifocals we send the frames out to you before making your prescription lenses. You will use the frames to take some important measurments. Next, you'll send back your frames free of charge so that we can produce your perfect prescription lenses. We know some other websites don't do this, but we think it's important to get your glasses right. Any questions, please do contact us!

Some people might see more that one PD number on their prescrition. Measuring your PD is important and easy, please see our 'how to measure your PD' help section. If you do not add a PD measurement we will use the standard average 63mm for men and 60mm for women.

Transition lenses are the lenses that darken in the sunlight and lighten in softer light or the dark. They offer both style and convenience, and can help protect your eyes from UV. Our lenses use genuine Transitions technology.

Blue shield technology includes a blue light blocker to reduce exposure to potentially harmful light from extended periods using electronic devices like phones, tablets and laptops. It also includes an anti-reflective coating to reduce glare and increase the amount of visible light passing through the lens. Plus toughened surfaces reduce the amount and effect of scratches.

We hope you love your Tutti & Co product. However, if you’d like a refund or exchange, you have 14 days from receipt to make a return.

Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process a refund. 

Please note earrings and engraved items are non-returnable.

Items must have been purchased from Tuttiandco.com. We are unable to accept returns from items purchased from one of our stockists. 

 

How to return an item

Simply download the returns form here and include it with your items.

For safe returns, we recommend postage by Royal Mail registered delivery or another ‘signed for’ service.

Remember to keep your proof of postage, as we can’t be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

We are unable to cover the cost of returns, unless an item is faulty or was sent in error.

 

Faulty goods

We offer a 12 month warranty on all jewellery against manufacturing faults. Should your jewellery suffer breakage during transit or tarnishing due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to ensuring that your purchase is either repaired or replaced.

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will refund your postage costs.

Please note that you must contact us via at contact@tuttiandco.com before returning any faulted items, as postage will not be refunded unless agreed prior.

Make it personal with our bespoke engraving service. Choose from two font options or
add a truly unique touch with your own handwritten message.

Standard engraving:
Simply enter your chosen text, select a font, and preview how it will look before placing your order.

Handwritten engraving:
Upload a clear JPEG photo of a handwritten message to create something one-of-a-kind.

For tags messages must be on a single line.

For pendants messages can be spread across three lines.

If the text is too long, the engraving may not be clear. If we have any concerns, we’ll be sure to get in touch before completing your order.

The details

Engraving is an additional £6 per item.

Each piece comes wrapped in a complimentary gift bag—no need to add one to your order.

As each engraving is unique, personalised items are non-returnable but are covered by our 12-month warranty for peace of mind.
