Retail Delivery & Returns



To ensure reliable delivery all orders are sent via Interlink. 

  • Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery
  • Orders under £50 - £4.00
  • Delivery outside the UK will need to be priced separately.  Upon receipt of your order we will contact you by email to confirm pricing for your region.


We hope that you are happy with your TUTTI&CO product, if however you would like an exchange or refund please contact us by email: and return your unworn / unused item within 28 days of purchase complete with the original packaging. We will not exchange products that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show signs of misuse.

To return an item, please download and fill in the following form and ensure it is included with your returned item: Returns Form

If you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods please notify us via e-mail and return the product within 7 days of purchase.

Any discrepancies with your order must be reported to us by email within 3 working days of receipt.

Sale items and earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

The return of your product is your responsibility and so we recommend postage by Royal Mail registered delivery or another 'signed for' service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Return of goods for refund or exchange is done so at your own cost.  Where a product was sent in error or is deemed by us as faulty we will refund your postage costs.  Please e-mail us first to discuss and agree.

Items with a manufacturing fault will be assessed and repaired, replaced or credited. If we do not feel the issue is a manufacturing fault we may contact you to discuss further.
